Step 1 – The idea
During the first meeting with the customer, we discuss the wishes of the client. It is especially important here to properly discuss where the clothing is intended for. For example, how hot should the item be washable, should the garment be water and windproof? We then choose which articles best suit these wishes. Standard items that can be embellished are used in the customized process. This can be done by using a neck tape, different embroideries and badges and other zipper pulleys. In this way, you can create your complete look. The brands that can be used for the customized process are James Harvest, Printer, Pro Job and Harvest & Frost. In our catalogue showroom, you can already see a selection of which products we can use for the customized process.
Step 2 – The sketch
After the articles have been selected in the first conversation, the first sketches are made. A detailed design is made in which all your wishes are included. If you do not have a good idea yet of what your garments should look like, our design team will create a complete design for you.
Step 3 – The quotation
After the sketches have been approved by the customer, a quotation is made based on these sketches. When an agreement has been given on the quotation, we will get to work for you!
Step 4 – Fitting
If you are not sure which sizes you need of the articles, a fitting session is possible. We may send the articles to you so that you can try the items yourself. If it concerns many different articles and a large group, we will come to you to take all sizes.
Step 5 – The production
After all sizes are known and the quotation and the sample have been approved, the production can start! Our clothing is produced exclusively by certified manufacturers in order to guarantee sustainable production. The production time depends on the quantity and the number of specifications that the customer wants. Of course, a time indication is passed on to the customer in advance. After production is finished, the items will be transported by truck.
Step 6 – Quality check
When the produced items are back at Onori, a final quality check will be performed. We consider the quality of paramount importance. When all articles have been approved, the products are shipped, picked up by the customer or delivered to the customer.
